Deposit required to reserve a share. ½ hog share will yield approx 120 pounds and be a mix of roasts, grind, chops (bone in or boneless) and ribs. Belly can be raw or cured for bacon at your request. Grind can be substituted for sausage as well.
Cost is $8.75 per pound hanging weight.
